Joyce is survived by her loving husband, Mark Wey; her parents; adored children, Christina Rieder, Andrew Helton, and Olivia Helton; step children, Alex and Emily Wey; siblings, Michael (Virginia) Reifenberger, Richard (Brenda) Reifenberger, and Peggy (Gregory) Otting; nieces and nephews, Lisa, Gregory, Melissa, Eric, Tyler, and Danielle; as well as many great nieces and nephews.
