Age 75 of Oxford passed away December 21, 2010 at Liberty Nursing Center. She was born March 31, 1935 in Clay County Sibert, KY, the daughter of Elmer and Nay Ova (Thompson) Smith. On February 12, 1955 Juanita married Franklin D. Kelly in Mt. Healthy, OH. She was a member of the World Wide Church of God.
She leaves behind her children, Greg (Kim), Jeff (Diane), Mike, April (Steven) Combs, and Hope (Logan) Henson; siblings, Jerry and Christine (Charles); 10 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; 4 nieces; and 1 nephew. Juanita was preceded in death by her husband, Franklin; father, Elmer Smith; Mother, Nay Ova Fangman; stepfather, Al Fangman; and great-granddaughter, Jade.
