Julia Patricia "Pat" Sullivan

Julia Patricia Sullivan (Pat) passed away peacefully at her home in Fairfield, OH on May 9, 2020. She had just turned 76 years old.

Pat is preceded in death by her parents, Bernard and Julia Joyce: husband, Raymond Sullivan;and her daughter, Kathleen Sullivan.

Pat is survived by her daughter, Julie McCracken; son, Michael Sullivan, son-in-law Daryl McCracken; two grandchildren Ethan and Ally McCracken; and many close relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Kathleen Sullivan Memorial Scholarship Fund, or the American Cancer Society.

The family wishes to extend their gratitude to Mercy Hospital Fairfield, OHC, and Queen City Hospice and Palliative Care Center for their support in her final days.
