June (White) Eckles

Eckles June (nee White) – age 92 of Hamilton passed away on Tuesday, May 14, 2019.  She was born August 27, 1926 in Kettle Island, KY, the daughter of the late William and Esther White (nee Herndon).  On June 1, 1942 in Pineville, KY, she married Troy Eckles.  June worked in respiratory therapy at Ft. Hamilton Hospital retiring in 1978.  She was a member of North Fairfield Baptist Church.  She is survived by numerous nieces, nephews, friends and family.  June is preceded in death by her parents and her husband Troy; sisters Mae Cooper, Geraldine White, Fay Helton, and brothers Ron, Ray, Billie and John White.  Visitation will be held Saturday, May 18, 2019 from 10AM until time of service (10:45AM) at the North Fairfield Baptist Church, 6853 Gilmore Rd., Hamilton, OH, 45011 with Pastor Matt McKay officiating.  Burial to follow at Rose Hill Burial Park in Hamilton.
