Karen S., age 59, of Fairfield passed away on June 28, 2016. She was born on October 5, 1956 in Middletown, Ohio to Hebert and Luella Onkst.

Karen is survived by her daughter, Toni (Alvaro) Mendoza and Todd (Danielle) Wright; and grandchildren, Alvaro, Isabela, Liliana Mendoza and Avery Wright. She is preceded in death by her parents.
