Kathleen Ann, age 66, of Lebanon passed away at Otterbein Senior Living on October 20, 2016. She was born on May 12, 1950 in Albuquerque, New Mexico to Forrest D. and Mary E. Rawie. Kathi married Herman "Jay" Bolles on August 24, 1968 he preceded her in death on March 18, 2015.
She is survived by her devoted children, Brian (Deborah) Bolles and Kelly (Scott) Ashford; and loving grandchildren, Bradley Ashford and Nicholas Bolles. Kathi is preceded in death by her parents and husband.
Visitation will be Friday October 21, 2016 from 1-2 p.m. at the Avance Funeral Home and Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd., Fairfield, Ohio 45014. Funeral service at 2 p.m. at the funeral home with Victor Dean officiating.
