Loving husband of Dorothy (nee Kirchner) Gibson; father of Kathy (Kendall) McIntyre, Matt (Carolyn) Gibson, Maureen (Scott) Gaines, and Diane (Don) Hoffrogge; brother of Edward (Teresa) Young and Donna (Don) Stegner; grandfather of 12.
