Lance Steven, age 47, of Fairfield, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, May 16, 2018. Son of David Lee Padgett and the late Verna Katherine (née Seal) Padgett of Fairfield, Ohio, he was a 1988 graduate of Fairfield Senior High School.

Lance is survived by his loving father and caregiver, David; siblings, Barbara Nicole (Amanda Howenstine) Padgett of Columbus, Ohio, and Michael David (Kara Sweeney) Padgett of Los Angeles, California; nephew, Finnegan David Padgett; aunt, Ruth Ann (David) Lahey of Cincinnati, Ohio; and uncle John Edward Seal, Jr. of Cleves, Ohio.

Friends may visit the Avance Funeral Home and Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd Fairfield, Ohio, 45014 from 5-7 p.m. on Tuesday, May 22, 2018 A memorial service will take place at 7 p.m. to celebrate Lance.

Interment will be held by the family privately at a later date.
