Visitation will begin 3 p.m., Tuesday, May 17, 2005 at the Fairfield High School, 8800 Holden Blvd., Fairfield, OH 45014. Funeral services with full military honors will be 3 p.m., Wednesday, May 18, 2005 at the High School. Interment will be 2 p.m., Friday, May 20, 2005 at Arlington National Cemetery outside of Washington, D.C.

Memorial contributions are preferred, in lieu of flowers. Contributions may be made to the LCpl. Taylor B. Prazynski Memorial Fund, C/O any Fifth Third branch.
