Larry S., age 62 of College Corner, OH passed away on November 9, 2011 after a lengthy illness. He was born on July 19, 1949 to Mac A. Hatfield and Barbara (Maddock) Hatfield. He was a graduate of College Corner Union School and Morehead State University. He married March 23, 1999 he married Michelle K. (Brown) Hatfield.
Larry enjoyed golf, fishing, and coffee with the "coffee club", playing with his "fur babies" Maggie, Corky, and Isabel, and spending time with his family.
He is survived by his wife of College Corner, OH; son, Scott Hatfield of Louisiana; daughter, Samantha K. Brown of College Corner, OH; two nieces Jordan E. Brown of College Corner, OH and Kayla Martin of Florida; three grandchildren of Louisiana; his sister and brother in law, Elizabeth and Michael Martin of Florida; father and mother in law of Morning Sun, OH; brother in law Dewey Calihan of West College Corner, IN; aunt and uncle Adrian and Marilynn Ades of Hendersonville, NC; several cousins and many close friends. He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Mac and Barb Hatfield, grandparents, mother in law Sharon A. Buttery, and sister in law Tracie L. Calihan.
Memorial contributions may be given to College Corner Fire Department. A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
