Larry Richard Mckay

Larry Richard McKay – Age 80 of Morrow, passed away on Thursday, February 13, 2025.  He was born November 22, 1944 in Hamilton, Ohio, the son of the late Kenneth and Marjorie McKay (Harding).  On December 5, 1964 he married Sharon McKay (Trensch).  Larry worked in sales for a paper manufacturer, was a veteran of the US Army, belonged to the Masonic Temple, was a Shriner and a volunteer firefighter.  He is survived by his children; Craig (Lara) McKay, Christopher (Lori) McKay and Cathy (Kevin) Gourley; brother Steve McKay and sister Diane Landi; 6 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren; also survived by numerous extended family and friends.  He is preceded in death by his wife Sharon.  Visitation will be held Thursday, February 20, 2025 from 12PM until time of service (1PM) at the Avance Funeral Home and Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd., Fairfield, OH, 45014 with Pastor Cecil Day officiating.  Burial to follow at Rose Hill Burial Park in Hamilton.  Memorial contributions may be sent to Shriners Children’s Hospital or the Fort Wayne Masonic Lodge.  Online condolences may be left for the family by visiting www.avancefuneralhome.com
