Leona M. Belzer
June 13, 1927 — November 12, 2010
Age 83 of Fairfield passed away Friday, November 12, 2010 at Mercy of Mt. Airy Hospital. She was born June 13, 1927 in Atkinson, Nebraska, the daughter of Claude and Minnie (Zuba) Hamilton. On August 30, 1950 Lee, married Ed Belzer in O'Neil Nebraska. She liked to spend her time involved with the Knights of Columbus Auxiliary #5634; St. John Neumann's Volunteer and Bible Study meetings; was an avid reader and loved to walk regardless of the weather. Most important to Lee was the love she had for the special angels in her life- her husband; children; grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.
Lee leaves behind her husband, Edward Belzer; children, Patrick (Kathy) Belzer, Bradley (Virginia) Belzer, and Pamela Bauer; 13 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; brother, Todd Hamilton; and sister, Dorothy Bruce. Lee was preceded in death by her parents; and daughter, Barbara Belzer.
Visitation will be held at 9:00 a.m. - until time of Mass of Christian Burial (10:30 a.m.), Friday, November 19, 2010 at St. John Neumann Catholic Church, 12191 Mill Rd., Cinti, OH 45240 with Father Steve Kolde, Celebrant.
