Leonard Dale – age 87 of Fairfield passed away on Wednesday, October 5, 2016. He was born December 30, 1928 in Oneida, Tennessee to the late Melvin and Ida Crabtree (nee Blevins). In 1966 in Cincinnati, Ohio, he married his wife Mafra Crabtree (nee Rose) who preceded him in death in 2012.
He is survived by his children Steve Crabtree, Clifford Crabtree, Carolyn Lakes, Linda (Ronald) Perkins and Sherry (Barry) McDaniel; also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, family and friends. He is preceded in death by his wife, one daughter, two siblings, two step-daughters and two step-sons .
