Lillian Marie Kessen
August 20, 1926 — April 5, 2010
Age 83 of Hamilton passed away Monday, April 5, 2010 at Ft. Hamilton Hospital. She was born August 20, 1926 in Hamilton, the daughter of Earl and Estelle (Flick) Wachter. On January 25, 1952 Lillian married Paul Kessen in Liberty, IN. He later preceded her in death April 13, 1986. Lillian worked for Ohio Casualty Insurance Company and attended St. Julie Billiart Catholic Church.
She leaves behind her daughter, Karen Kessen; son-in-law, Ron Murphy; grandchildren, Ronda New, and Paula (Chris) Mate; and great-grandchildren, Paul, David and Luke New, and Kara and Jacob Mate. Lillian was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and daughter, Barb Murphy.
Visitation will be 1 p.m. - until time of service (2 p.m.), Friday, April 9, 2010 at the Avance Funeral Home & Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd., Fairfield.
