FELTNER Lowell, age 67, of Fairfield passed away on July 20, 2014. He was born on December 24, 1946 in Hamilton to William and Mabel Feltner. Lowell taught in the Hamilton City Schools teaching at Garfield High School and Hamilton High until his retirement in 2000. He is survived by his brother, Taylor (Barbara) Feltner; nephew, James Feltner; and great nieces, Hailee and Elizabeth Feltner. Lowell is preceded in death by his parents and his niece Jacqueline Feltner. Visitation will be Friday July 25, 2014 from 12-2 p.m. at the Avance Funeral Home and Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd. Fairfield, OH 45014. Funeral services will begin at 2 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park. Condolences may be offered at www.avancefuneralhome.com
