Lucille Jean (nee McCaffrey) – age 75 of Fairfield passed away on Friday, July 24, 2015 . She was born January 24, 1940 in Pittsburgh , PA to the late William and Lucille McCaffrey. On September 17, 1961 , she married Kurt Lee Dunham who preceded her in death. She is survived by her brother Charles (Barbara) McCaffrey, son-in-law Barry Schweinfest and grandson Brandon Schweinfest. She is preceded in death by her husband, her daughter Loree Schweinfest, and one brother. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, July 30, 2015 at 11AM at the Avance Funeral Home and Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd. , Fairfield , OH 45014 with visitation from 10AM until time of service.
