Ludwig K. Wagner

Ludwig K. Wagner, age 82 of Lima, passed away, Thursday July 15, 2004 at Vitas Hospice-Ft. Hamilton in Hamilton, OH. He was born September 5, 1921 in Lima, OH, the son of Hermann and Rae (Shockey) Wagner. On September 14, 1957 he married Pauline Cover in Middlepoint, OH. Ludwig was self-employed for 16 years as court reporter after retiring from Superior Coach. He was a member of the St. Luke's Lutheran Church in Lima.

He is survived by his daughter, Charmaine (Martin Bell) Wagner-Bell of Fairfield, OH; sister Mary (George) Martin of Kansas City, MO; and granddaughter, Chelsey Frazier-Bell. He was preceded in death by his parents; and wife.

Funeral services will be 10 a.m., Monday July 19, 2004 at the Chiles & Sons-Laman Funeral Homes, 1170 Shawnee Rd., Lima, OH 45805 with Rev. Arthur Wilde officiating. Interment will follow at Shawnee Cemetery. Visitation will be 2-4 p.m., Sunday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to St. Luke's Lutheran Church or the American Cancer Society.
