Madeleine (Tobergte) Moser

MOSER, Madeleine M. (nee Tobergte)

Age 85 of Hamilton went to be with the Lord on January 8, 2017.  She was born in Hamilton, on November 27, 1931 to Magdalene (Schellenbach) and Joseph Tobergte.  She attended St. Joseph School and graduated from Notre Dame High School in 1949.  Madeleine married Joseph C. Lattuga in 1955 and had four wonderful daughters.  She worked for many years at Champion Papers and retired from Knightsbridge at the age of 70.  She later was married to Paul Moser until his death in 2001.

Madeleine enjoyed nothing more than:  being with her family; sewing; cooking; dancing; music; and playing bingo.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory:  her girls and their spouses, Amy (Dan) Doyle, Jill (Dave) Spoerl, Sally (Joe) Donges, and Mary Lynne (Lee) Campbell; 6 grandchildren; 2 step-grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and 4 step-great-grandchildren.  Madeleine also leaves behind her loving sister, Joan Kelley of Hamilton; and many nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands Joseph Lattuga and Paul Moser; and grandson, Anthony D. Spoerl.

Visitation will be 10 a.m. – until time of Mass of Christian Burial (11 a.m.), Thursday, January 12, 2017 at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 400 Nilles Rd., Fairfield, OH   45014 with Father Larry Tharp, Celebrant.  Burial will follow at St. Mary Cemetery, Hamilton.  The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to the Woodlands of Hamilton and Hospice of the Miami Valley for all their love and compassion given to their mother.  Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Miami Valley
