Maribee Ann Campbell went home to be with the Lord on Friday, February 1, 2013 surrounded by her children and grandchildren. She was born on August 9, 1934 in Hamilton, Ohio to Roy Lee Rook and Esther (Vail) Rook. Mary graduated from Hamilton High School. She was a homemaker and a loving mother of nine children, which were her pride and joy.

She attended the Fairfield Church of God. She enjoyed her ministry at Tri-County Extended Care where she would visit and witness to the residents every Sunday morning and Thursday evening until failing health. She also volunteered at Cincinnati Christian Schools and Fairfield City Schools where she loved to interact with the children there.

Mary loved and enjoyed her family and friends. Although her family will miss her dearly, they rejoice in knowing that one day they will again see her in Heaven, and that her suffering is no more.

Mary is survived by her seven daughters and two sons, Debbie (Larry) Ivy of Hamilton, Cheryl (Kenneth) Fisher of Fairfield, Melanie (Jess) Barrett of Cincinnati, Beverly (Mitch) Mitchell of West Chester, Angela (Tim) Noble of Plover, WI, Tina (Barney) Rice of Trenton, Leslie Reasch of Hamilton, Kenny (Marie) Campbell of Fairfield Twp., and Tim (Jeanne) Campbell of Trenton.

Also surviving are two sisters Betty (Roger) Roark and Patty (Bill) Shelton both of Bradenton, FL. One step-brother Barry Rook of Bradenton, FL, two step-sisters Mary Crowley and Donna DeLesline and one half-sister Kelly Scott all of Bradenton, FL.

Mary was a loving, caring and devoted grandmother to Andy (Leah) Ivy, Aaron (Kelly) Ivy, Chris Campbell, Stacey (Anthony) Regalado, Stephen Fisher, Michael Root, Loren Mitchell, Amy (James) Loftin, Eric Plapp, Danielle and Jordan Noble, Josh Fisher, Mandy (Justin) Peters, Katy Fisher, Hannah and Jeremiah Campbell, Tyler Rice, Kristen, Kaitlyn, and Elisha Reasch. She was also the great grandmother to Bailey and Landen Ivy, Sierra, Samuel and Lily Ivy, Noah Regalado, Susie Cassidy, Blakely and Jacob David, Isabella Peters, Lexi Livingston, and Autumn Kindt and the soon arrival of four great grandbabies.

Mary was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 45 years Ken September 1996, one son-in-law (Rick McDaniel), her parents, her brother (Roy L Rook Jr.), her sister (Nancy Cheveri), one step-brother (Larry Rook), one granddaughter (Rebekah Jean Ivy).

Visitation will be on Monday, February 4, 2013 from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the Fairfield Church of God located at 6001 Dixie Hwy, Fairfield, Ohio. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, February 5, 2013 at the church with Rev. Darryl McCoy officiating. Burial will be at the Rose Hill Cemetery. Avance Funeral Home is serving the family. The family would like to extend sincere appreciation to Dr. Pastor and Dr. Jenike and the staff of Hospice of Southwestern Ohio.
