Marie M. Miller

Age 86 of Fairfield went home to be with her Lord Monday, September 25, 2006 at Vitas Hospice - Ft. Hamilton. She was born August 25, 1920 in Van Wert, OH, the daughter of Alfred and Ethel (Shaw) Roebeson. On August 15, 1942 she married Rev. Bernard F. Miller, also in Van Wert, OH. Marie in service with her husband, has been a member of the Nazarene church, ministering and serving others for nearly 50 years. She will be deeply missed.

Mrs. Miller is survived by her loving husband, Rev. Bernard F. Miller; daughter, Shirley (Ken) Zuercher; grandchildren, Kent David Zuercher and Angela Marie (Douglas) Speicher; great-grandchildren, Alexis Speicher and Madison Speicher; and sister, Katherine "Kate" Atkison. She was preceded in death by her parents; and sister, Juanita Wermer.

Visitation will be 6-8 p.m., Thursday September 28, 2006 at the Avance Funeral Home & Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd., Fairfield, OH 45014. Also, another visitation will take place from 9 a.m. - until time of service (10 a.m.), Friday September 29 at the Fairfield Church of the Nazarene, 1425 Nilles Rd., Fairfield, OH 45014. Interment will take place at Greenwood Cemetery in Hamilton, OH. Memorials may be made to the Fairfield Church of the Nazarene Building Fund.
