Marjorie "Marjie" Alma (Huber) Buchman

Marjorie Alma "Marjie" Buchman (née Huber), 81, of Fairfield, Ohio, passed away on May 27, 2024. She was born on November 14, 1942. Marjie was a beloved wife, a loving and devoted mother, and a proud homemaker. She enjoyed many hobbies such as bridge, tennis, golf, travel, cooking, and walking. She found pleasure in working part time after raising her family. She is survived by her sons, Gregory Buchman and Patrick Buchman (Joanna Leidenbor), sisters Sylvia Williams (Richard) and Janet Honerlaw (late Terry), and a host of other family and many dear friends. Marjie was preceded in death by her parents, Alma and Lester Huber, and her husband, Clifford Buchman. A visitation will be held Wednesday June 5, 2024 from 9:30 am to 10:30 am, followed immediately by a Mass of Christian Burial at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, 400 Nillies Rd, Fairfield, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to an animal rescue organization of your choice. This will honor Marjie's love for dogs, especially the four family dogs she had over the years; all were acquired as strays. May Marjie Buchman's memory be a blessing to all who knew her. She valiantly battled Alzheimer’s for over 7 years. The family would like to acknowledge and thank Artis Senior Living of Mason for their exceptional care and love provided to Marjie the last 3 years.  The Avance Funeral Home on Winton Rd in Fairfield, Ohio, is assisting with the arrangements.
