Age 61 of Fairfield Township, passed away Saturday, March 21, 2009 at Hospice of Hamilton. She was born January 13, 1948 in Hamilton, the daughter of Robert C. and Clare "Elaine" (Wocher) Welsh. On February 10, 1973, Mary married Paul D. Colborn at Sacred Heart Church in Fairfield.
She leaves behind her husband, Paul D. Colborn; children, Paul D. (Michele Jenkins) Colborn, Jr. and Angie Colborn; brother, Robert Welsh; and sister, Jennifer (Marcel) van Nimwegen. Mary was preceded in death by her parents; and sister-in-law, Kathy Welsh.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m., Thursday, March 26, 2009 at St. John the Evangelist Church, 9080 Cinti-Dayton Rd., West Chester, OH 45069 with Fr. Mark Burger, Celebrant. Burial will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery in Hamilton. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m., Wednesday, March 25, 2009 at the Avance Funeral Home & Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd., Fairfield, OH 45014.
