Megan Marie (Eichenlaub) Collinsworth

Megan Marie Collinsworth (nee Eichenlaub) passed on August 29, 2020 unexpectedly in Fairfield, Ohio and will be missed dearly by her family and friends. Megan was born on July 29, 1989 to Ted Eichenlaub and Stephanie Lamperski (Helton). She was a 2008 graduate of Fairfield High School.

She married Jeff Collinsworth on June 28, 2016. She worked as an EMT, owned a lawn care business with her husband; Scentsy consultant; caregiver; and mommy.

Megan was an amazing wife who enjoyed getting dressed up for date night with her hubby, listening to music, being outdoors, going on family camping trips with Jeff and the kids, and being the most amazing mother to Alyssa and Millie. Megan was always there when something needed to be resolved. If you didn’t want to speak up, Megan would, and she wouldn’t take no as an answer. She lovingly cared for her grandparents, keeping doctor appointments organized, housekeeping and yard work.

She is survived by her husband, Jeff; two daughters, Alyssa and Millie; four step-children, Lydia, Abby, Haylee, and Brayden; her mother, Stephanie (James); her father, Ted (Terrie); her brothers, Michael and Derek; siblings, Brandon, Brittany and Chelsea; grandfather, Larry; grandmother, Peggy; great-grandmother, Mona, her nephew, Nolan; uncles; aunts; numerous cousins and friends.

Megan is preceded in death by her beloved grandmother, Ruth and grandfather, Dee.

Visitation will be held at the Avance Funeral Home and Crematory, 4976 Winton Road, Fairfield, OH 45014 from 12:00 p.m. until time of funeral service at 1 p.m. Graveside services will follow at Crown Hill Memorial Park, 11825 Pippin Road, Cincinnati, OH 45231.

The family will greet friends following the burial at Fairfield West Baptist church, 5345 Muskopf Rd, Fairfield, OH 45014. This will be a potluck affair, so please bring your favorite dish to share while you reminisce.
