Melissa Annette, age 48, of Middletown passed away on February 12, 2020. She was born on September 13, 1971 in Carlisle, Ohio to “Dean” Carmon and Carol (nee Goodpaster) Todd. Melissa is survived by her children, Renee (Matthew) Dzielak, Todd Wilson, Jessica Wilson, and Hayley Minneman; grand children, Kaden, Nora, and Spencer; parents, Dean (Diane) Todd and Carol Todd; brothers, Thomas Todd and Jason Todd; significant other, Perry Bond.
