Melissa "Missy" Riggs, loving and cherished mommy to Miranda and Maria Alexia; precious daughter of John (Denise) and Ann Braun (Tom); devoted fiance and confidante to Rashaad and his kids, Montana, Santana, and Danielle, and Rashaad's family; dear sister of Amy, Mari Beth, Mike and Joe; dearest granddaughter of the late Ruth Riggs and Jim Riggs, and Bill Ellison and the late Betty Ellison; survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends; loving caretaker to all her animals; age 25; recent recipient of her nurse's aide certificate and starting her job at Judson Care Center; passed away suddenly Wednesday November 24, 2004.
Funeral services: 10 a.m., Monday November 29 at the Winton Road First Church of God, 6200 Winton Rd., Fairfield. Visitation: 2-4- p.m., Sunday at the Avance Funeral Home & Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd., Fairfield. Burial: Crown Hill. Condolences: avancefuneralhome.com.
