Of Fairfield passed away Friday, October 23, 2009. He was born October 13, 1949, the son of Walter B. and Esther M. Rieger in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Michael is survived by his wife, Rebecca L. (Poff) Rieger; children, Sarah E. Rieger, David M. Rieger and Thomas W. Rieger; siblings, Ronald E. Rieger, Gerald J. Rieger and Marybeth (Rieger) Noes; many nieces and nephews; and his little Grace Elizabeth. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Mass of Eternal Rest will be held 11:00AM, Tuesday, October 27, 2009, at St. Gabriel's Catholic Church in Glendale. In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Michael B. Rieger may be sent to Fairfield Athletic Boosters c/o Paul Hurst Jr. 8800 Holden Blvd. Fairfield, Ohio 45014.
