Michaela L. Wagers
September 13, 1952 — June 18, 2006
Age 53 of Hamilton passed away Sunday June 18 at her residence. She was born September 13, 1952 in Hamilton, the daughter of Walter and Ruth (Pannel) Newman. On June 14, 1974 she married Paul R. Wagers also in Hamilton. Michaela was a life member of VFW Post 1069 Ladies Auxiliary and Fraternal Order of Eagles, #3680. She enjoyed nothing more than reading, working crossword puzzles and spending time with her precious grandchildren. Other interest included, traveling and spending time around water.
She is survived by her husband of 32 years, Paul R. Wagers; children, Karrie (Shane) Owens, Bryan (Lisa) DeLong, and Mike Wagers; grandchildren, Taylor Eppard, Michael Seebock, Gabrielle Wagers, Stephen Wagers, Bryanna DeLong; sister Jane Sawyer; brothers, Jim Newman and Gene Newman. Michaela was preceded in death by her parents; and daughter, Rebecca Wagers.
Visitation will be 11 a.m. - until time of service (1 p.m.), Friday June 23, 2006 at the Avance Funeral Home & Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd., Fairfield with Rev. James Mullins officiating.
