Miriam (Smith) Hofaker

HOFAKER

Miriam R., age 50, of Hamilton passed away on Friday, May 18, 2018. She was born on May 28, 1967, in Hamilton to the late Joseph and Gladys Smith. On June 19, 2008 she married Mike Hofaker.

Miriam is survived by her devoted husband, Mike; loving daughter, Mandy Hartmann; 4 grandchildren; and siblings, Mark Smith, Jeff Smith and Diana Hessan. She is preceded in death by her parents and her son, Zack Hartmann.

Miriam was a bartender at both the AmVets #71 and Wesley Werner VFW post 1069.

Visitation will be Wednesday, May 23, 2018 from 5-7 p.m. at the Avance Funeral Home, 4976 Winton Rd., Fairfield, 45014. A memorial service will begin at 7 p.m. at the funeral home with Joel Martin officiating.
