Myrtle Reeves
June 9, 1923 — December 15, 2009
Myrtle Reeves nee Davidson, 86, departed this life December 15, 2009
at the Sterling House of Fairfield, Ohio where she was a resident for
the past year and one half. The past six months Myrtle was also in
the care of Destiny Hospice.
She was born on June 9, 1923 in Manchester, Kentucky to Jim and Emily
Davidson the seventh of ten children. She and George Reeves were
joined in marriage on January 02, 1954 in Lawrenceburg, Indiana.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, three sisters and
four brothers. She is survived by her son, Ronnie Johnson;
grandchildren Bridgett Shannon, Butch Johnson and Brandi Williams,
thirteen great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren;
daughter, Ronda (Reeves) Corbin, granddaughter, Katheryn Corbin; two
sisters Mallie Davidson and Mary Hudson.
Myrtle will be interred next to her husband in the Garden of Roses at
Arlington Cemetery in Cincinnati, Ohio.
