Nathan David, age 39, of Cincinnati passed away March 14, 2016. He was born October 9, 1976 in Cincinnati, Ohio the son of Randell and Joy (Baker) Clark. He leaves behind his loving partner of 15 years, Lydia Chelekis and their son Julien David Chelekis-Clark. He is also survived by his grandmothers,Rosemarie Baker and Faye Clark; parents, Randell & Sandra (Ambrose) Clark, Joy Clark & Mike Brooks; sisters,Sarah Clark, Rachel (Clark) Sarver , Laura Brooks, and Victoria Clark; brother-in-law Mike Sarver; nephew, Regan; and nieces, Aubrey and Riley. Visitation will be Friday, March 18th, 2016 , 6-8 p.m. Funeral service at 8 p.m. with Pastor Andy Hoover officiating at Avance Funeral Home and Crematory, 4976 Winton Road, Fairfield, Ohio 45014.
