Nicholas Andrew Mccarnan

Nicholas Andrew McCarnan passed away on October 14th, 2021, at the age of 37. Nick was born on September 18th, 1984, in Fairfield, OH. He was a devoted husband, father, son, grandson, brother, friend, and so much more to so many people. He was the person everyone could always rely on. He had a love for life and being outdoors with his family. He loved hunting, fishing, four wheeling, and camping with his family and friends. Nick graduated from Fairfield high school where he met his wife. After marrying his high school sweetheart, he went on to have four beautiful children. Nick has been an employee for Kroger Co. for over ten years. He was a valued and respected supervisor. Nick leaves behind his wife Rachel McCarnan, his children- Skyler, Turner, Tayler, and Sawyer McCarnan;  his mother Roberta McCarnan, his father Mark McCarnan, his sister Amanda McCarnan, his brother Ryan (Emily) McCarnan, his grandmother Kate Caudill, and grandmother Mona McCarnan; several aunts, uncles, nieces & nephews. He also leaves behind a large circle of friends. Nick was preceded in death by his grandfather Bobby Caudill, and grandfather Walt McCarnan. Visitation will be held Thursday October 21st, 2021, from 5-7pm at the Avance Funeral Home and Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd., Fairfield, Ohio, 45014. Funeral Service will be held Friday October 22nd, 2021, at 12:30pm at the funeral home. Burial to follow at 2:30pm at Arlington Memorial Gardens, 2145 Compton Rd. Cincinnati, Ohio, 45231. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Nick’s name to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
