Norbert K.  Lerch

Age 90 of Hamilton, Ohio peacefully passed away Saturday, December 22, 2018 at UC West Chester Hospital in Liberty Township.  He was born in Norwalk, Ohio to Wendell R. Lerch and Oral V. (Watt) Lerch.  Norbert received a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture  degree from the Ohio State University in 1950.  He retired from USDA Soil Conservation Service after working for 35 years.  He was a member of the National Association of Retired Federal Employees and a Member of The Nature Conservancy.  He was a member of First Baptist Church of Hamilton and at one time served as a Deacon.  He is survived by nieces; Susan G. Benders, Rosann Conners and Mary Jo Lerch and a nephew; John Lerch.  Norbert is preceded in death by his parents; his wife of 52 years, Luella Lerch; brothers, Quinten and Howard Lerch; sister and brother-in-law, Carol and Ted Geers and a nephew, John Geers
