Norma "Faye" Bowling
Age 90 of Fairfield, passed away to be with her Lord and Savior, March 17, 2017, at Hospice of Hamilton. She was born February 24, 1927, in Bright, IN, the daughter of Charles H. and Myrtle W. (Cummins) Bennett. On October 4, 1952, Faye married James C. Bowling in Hamilton, OH. She was a loving and working wife and mother, retiring from General Electric in 1988. Faye was a devoted member of the Springdale Church of the Nazarene.
She leaves behind her loving family: children, James A. (Christina) Bowling, Thomas A. (Su) Bowling, Daniel A. (Jessica) Bowling, and Carol B. (Michael) Lee; 7 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. Faye was preceded in death by her parents; husband, James in 1995; her grandson; and 10 siblings.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m., Wednesday March 22, 2017, at the Avance Funeral Home & Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd., Fairfield, OH 45014. Funeral Services will be 11 a.m., Thursday at the funeral home with Pastor Marshall Duke officiating. Interment will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery, Cleves / Miami Township, OH. Floral tributes are welcome or donations to Hospice of Hamilton, 1010 Eaton Ave., Hamilton, OH 45013.
