Norma Jane (Hopper) Sink

SINK
Norma Jane, age 89, of Madeira passed peacefully on November 2, 2017 at Twin Lake Senior Living of Montgomery with her daughter Sherri by her side. She was born on December 2, 1927 in Cincinnati to the late William and Lena (nee McDaniel) Hopper.
On December 19, 1946, she married Harold Sink; he preceded her in death in 2001. Norma and Harold loved to dance and won many Jitterbug contests over the years. Harold was a Shriner and Norma belonged to the Shrine Women’s Auxiliary. Later in life she became an artist using painting as her medium. Norma was the school secretary at St. Ursula Academy for many years.
Norma is survived by her devoted daughter, Sherri Sink; brother, Bill Hopper; and numerous nieces, nephews, friends, and other family. She is preceded in death by her husband; parents; and sisters, Delores Hopper and Agnes Weiss.
A memorial service will be held on November 25, 2017 at Twin Lakes Senior Living of Montgomery, 9840 Montgomery Rd., Montgomery, OH 45242 at 2:30 p.m. in the chapel. A reception will follow in the art room. Please feel free to wear purple which was Norma’s favorite color!
