Pat Williams

Age 68 of Fairfield Township passed away Tuesday, March 17, 2009 at Mercy Hospital of Fairfield. She was born May 31, 1940 in Lineville, AL, the daughter of Boyd and Naomi (Humphrey) Gordon. On March 21, 1959 Pat married Joe Williams in Cincinnati, OH. She drove a School Buss for the Fairfield City Schools until her retirement in 1982. Pat was a Past Worthy Matron and Past Secretary for Ft. Hamilton Chapter No. 568 O.E.S.; a long time volunteer for Ft. Hamilton Hospital Auxiliary and a supporter of the Animal Friends Humane Society. Pat was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She dearly loved the Lord Jesus and her church family.

She leaves behind her loving husband, Joe Williams; sons Pastor David (Theresa) Williams, Matthew (Stacie) Williams and Dylan Gordon; grandchildren, Rebekah, Daniel and Samuel; siblings, Gene Gordon, Kathrine Hickey, Betty Widmer, and Tammy Blanton and many nieces and nephews. Pat was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Michael Gordon.

Visitation will be 5-7 p.m., Sunday (3/22) at the Hamilton West Baptist Church with Order of Eastern Star Services beginning at 7 p.m.. Funeral services will be 10 a.m., Monday, March 23, 2009 at the Hamilton West Baptist Church, 1050 NW Washington Blvd., Hamilton, OH 45013 with her son, Pastor David J. Williams officiating.
