COOK, Patricia A., age 79, of Fairfield passed away on September 26, 2017. She was born on January 8, 1938 in Oxford, OH to John and Mildred Manrod. On August 1, 1953 she married Richard Cook; he preceded her in death on September 6, 2012.
Patricia is survived by her loving children, Rhonda Roberson, Debbie (David) Cornett, Lisa (Daniel) Dunaway, and Eric (Beverly Nordahl) Cook; 24 grandchildren; many great grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother, Johnny Manrod; sister, Connie Beamon; and many nieces, nephews, and friends. Patricia is preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, Rick Cook; and 5 sisters.
Patricia was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints; League of Women Voters; and Welcome Wagon.
Visitation will be Thursday September 28, 2017 from 11 a.m.-12 p.m. at the Avance Funeral Home and Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd., Fairfield 45014. Funeral services will begin at 12 p.m. at the funeral home with Jeremy Evans officiating.
