Patty Carolyn (nee Koon ) – age 87 of Fairfield, passed away on Friday, August 14, 2015. She was born May 24, 1928 in Chapin, S.C. to the late George and Harriett Koon. She is survived by her children Sandy Loyd, Debbie (Alan) Gordon and Susan (Larry) DeWitt; grandchildren Tim, Tony, Dean, Nicole, Taylor ; 5 great-grandchildren; brother Linwood Koon; also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband John G. King, her son John David Loyd, 5 brothers and a sister. Visitation will be held Tuesday evening, August 18, 2015 from 6-8PM at the Avance Funeral Home and Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd., Fairfield, OH 45014. Funeral service will be Wednesday morning at 10AM at the funeral home with burial to immediately follow at Crown Hill Memorial Park. Donations may be sent to the Disabled American Veterans.
