Survived by children; Dana (Greg) Schon, Lisa Ratleff, Eddie (Amy) Carmack and Eric (Sarah) Carmack; brother, Gary Davis; sisters, Linda Hawk and Amy Clayton; grandchildren, Lauren Benton, Samantha, Carly, Kaitly, Brandon, Alec and Megan Schon, Kaylee Carmack (expecting a baby brother in March) and Lillian and Isabella Carmack; and loving companion Clarence "Bugsy" Phalen, III.
