Pauline (Woolum) Brown

BROWN, Pauline, age 95, of Hamilton passed away peacefully at Hospice of Hamilton on November 3, 2015 surrounded by her family. She was born on April 15, 1920 in Pineville, KY the daughter of Skelt and Maudie Woolum. She was a dedicated teacher for 30 years in Hamilton City Schools and several Kentucky counties. She is survived by her devoted husband of 70 years, Denver B. Brown; daughters, Paula (Michael) Spencer and Kathryn Brown; granddaughter, Jennifer Spencer; brother, Everett Woolum; and sister, Christine Lasley. Visitation will be Friday November 6, 2015 from 12- 1 p.m. at the Avance Funeral Home and Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd., Fairfield, OH 45014. Funeral services will begin at 1 p.m. at the funeral home with Rev. Evie Stuard officiating. Memorial contributions may be given to Hospice of Hamilton, 1010 Eaton Ave. Hamilton, OH 45013.
