Phyllis (nee Pfeiffer), age 56 passed away at her residence on December 17, 2011. She is the beloved wife of Jim Lotshaw; loving mother of Nicholas Collini, Steven Murphy, James Lotshaw III, Lisa Collini, the late Kristy Collini, and Mary Lotshaw; devoted grandmother of four. Also survived by her brothers, Phillip Pfeiffer, Thomas Pfeiffer, and Stephen Pfeiffer. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Margaret (nee Mulvey) Pfeiffer; her grandson Jaren Lotshaw; 1 sister and three brothers.
Visitation will be Thursday, December 22, 2011 at The Avance Funeral Home and Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd. Fairfield, OH 45014 from 10-11a.m. Funeral service will follow at 11 a.m.
