Randy – age 63 of Fairfield Township passed away peacefully with his family at his side on Wednesday, May 31, 2017. He was born June 8, 1953 in Cincinnati, OH to Thomas and Essie Franks (nee Phillips). Randy was a Member of FOE #3680 Fairfield, Norwood Lodge # 576 and Scottish Rite. He is survived by his loving wife Lisa Franks (nee Phillips); his mother Essie Franks; children Stephen Brent Wilson (Karen Kruger), Becky Marshall and Jessica Jeffries; grandchildren Amber, Ian, Emma, Olivia, Gage and their father Rick (Kelly) Bietenduvel; also survived by numerous family and friends. He is preceded in death by his father Thomas Franks. Visitation will be Sunday, June 4, 2017 from 6-8PM at the Avance Funeral Home and Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd., Fairfield, OH, 45014 with services to be held Monday morning at 11AM at the funeral home.
