Randy Jay born Oct. 22, 1964 passed away on Aug. 15, 2017. He was proceeded in death by his parents Mary (Cowgill) Watkins and William Claude Watkins, sister Lydia Hill and brother James Mcintosh. He left behind a brother Billy (Sandra) Mcintosh and children Dustin Watkins and Brittney (Watkins) Adams, step children Danielle Watkins and Jason Watkins, and a niece he raised as his, Betsy Hill. Grandchildren Mya Wilson, Randy Gage Wilson, Cody Watkins, Dustin Watkins Jr., Aaryn Watkins, Connor Watkins and many nieces and nephews and special long time friend Rhonda McFarland. Randy loved the Cincinnati Reds, NASCAR, Dallas Cowboys, Cincinnati Bengals, and fishing. He also enjoyed playing pool. Randy was always there for his family and friends. He was always laughing and always had a smile on his face. He would not want you to grieve over him, he would want you to laugh when you remember him. He is no longer suffering and now he is free to watch over us all.
