Ray L. Schwab

Ray L. Schwab, age 73 of Hamilton passed away Friday July 23, 2004 at his residence. He was born March 14, 1931 in Hamilton, the son of Ralph E. and Grace A. (Booker) Schwab. Ray was a member of: #648 IBEW; Washington Lodge No. 17, F. & A.M.; Scottish Rite Valley of Cincinnati; and Washington Chapter No. 195, O.E.S.
He is survived by his sons, Gary W. Schwab of Niagara Falls, NY and Darryl Schwab of Hamilton; grandchildren, Amy Tyree, Bryan Schwab, Jessica Schwab, and Christine Schwab; special companion, Margot Wilson and her 3 sons, Ronald, Roger, and Mike Wilson; nephews, Rick, Bob, Mike and David Schwab; and sisters-in-law, Joan and Alice Schwab; and many other friends and loved ones.
Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m., Thursday July 29, 2004 at the Avance Funeral Home & Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd., Fairfield. Interment will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m., Wednesday at the funeral home with IBEW services beginning at 7:15 p.m., followed by Masonic services at 7:30 p.m. The family will accept condolences at www.avancefuneralhome.com.
