Richard S. Korb, Jr.

Age 39 of Hamilton passed away November 8, 2007. He was born July 23, 1968 in Cincinnati, OH, the son of Richard S. and Ginny (Ryder) Korb. On August 17, 2002 he married Jeannie Nelson in Gatlinburg, TN. Rick was a 1986 graduate of Northwest High School and worked as a Chef for 13 years and most recently owned and operated 1st Choice Roofing. He enjoyed nothing more than being with his friends and family, especially his kids. Rick will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

He is survived by his wife, Jeannie Korb; children, Justin Smith-Korb, Ricky Korb, Ryan Korb, Lyndsie Trew and Morgan Korb; mother, Ginny Korb; brothers, Brian Korb and Mark (Shauna) Korb; sister, Kristi Burbrink; nieces and nephews, Brian, Jesse (Savannah), Marie, Mark, Jr., Brandon, Tommy, Craig, and T.J.; brother-in-law, Tom Nelson; in-laws, William and Elaine Nelson; and a host of other family and friends. Rick was preceded in death by his father, Richard S. Korb, Sr.

Funeral services will be 12 noon, Thursday, November 15, 2007 at the Avance Funeral Home & Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd., Fairfield. Burial will follow at Crown Hill Memorial Park. Visitation will be 5-8 p.m., Wednesday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Rick Korb Kid's Trust Fund c/o any Fifth Third Bank.
