Richard Lloyd Poynter – Age 69 of West Union, Ohio, passed away Monday, March 23, 2026. He was born June 25, 1956 in Cincinnati, Ohio to the late James and Velma Poynter (Finney). Richard is survived by his children Kelly (Brian) Myers, Jennifer Poynter, Christopher (Erin) Poynter, Timothy Poynter, Loren Poynter and Leanna Poynter; also survived by numerous family and friends. Visitation will be held Friday, March 27, 2026 from 5PM until time of service (7PM) at the Avance Funeral Home and Crematory, 4976 Winton Road, Fairfield, Ohio, 45014.
