Robert F. Burkett

Age 78 of Fairfield Twp. passed away, Friday, December 25, 2009 at Hospice of Hamilton. He was born December8, 1931 in Cincinnati, OH, the son of Lewis and Margaruite (Francis) Burkett. On December 12, 1952 Robert married Anna Mae Sanders in Lawrenceburg, IN. Mr. Burkett worked as a Truck Driver until his retirement.

He leaves behind his wife of 57 years, Anna Burkett; son Robert M. (Judy) Burkett; granddaughters, Ashley and Shauna Burkett; brother, Edward (Mildred) Burkett; sister, Kay (Lowell) Platt; and nieces and nephews. Robert was preceded in death by his parents; and infant daughter.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to the Dixon Family and the Staff at Chesterwood Village for all of the loving care and concern shown.

Visitation will be 1 p.m. - until time of service (2:30 p.m.), Tuesday, December 29, 2009 at the Avance Funeral Home & Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd., Fairfield. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery.
