Robert Groeting

Robert Groeting, age 82 of Hamilton passed away Thursday November 10, 2005 at Birchwood Care Center. He was born September 25, 1923 in Middletown, OH, the son of Eugene and Florence (Martin) Groeting. On September 11, 1954 he married Frances Williams in Cincinnati. Bob was a WWII and Korean War Veteran, serving in the US Navy.
He was most recently a member of the First Baptist Church of Hamilton.
He is survived by his children, David Groeting, Timothy (Terri) Groeting, Gail (David) Jacoboski, and Betsy (Jeff) Smith; grandchildren, Tim, Andy, Chris, Aaron, Matthew, Andrea, Dana, Amber, Sandy and Jessica; and brother John (LuAnne) Tewart of Columbus. Bob was preceded in death by his parents; and his wife.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m., Monday November 14, 2005 at the Avance Funeral Home & Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd., Fairfield. Burial will follow at Arlington Memorial Gardens.
