Passed away at Cincinnati Hospice.

Husband of Shirley Bowling - Kelley; father of three children, Kathy Kelley - Triplett, Mike (Teresa) Kelley and Mark Kelley; grandfather of two, Kelli and Amber Triplett; surviving siblings, Tom Kelley of Florida, Bill Kelley of Springfield, Ohio, Sara (Jim) Davis of Ironton, Effie (Roger) Gillispie of Ironton, and Helen Kelley of Ironton.

Robert will be cremated and services will be at the Family's convenience.
