Robert Melvin Collins, 83 died Wednesday November 27, 2024. He was born February 24, 1941, in Hamilton, Ohio to the late Newell Raymond Collins Sr. and Argolda (nee Ellis) Collins. Robert married Jessie Mary Lou (nee Mays) Collins on May 14, 1960, in Union County, IN They had two children Robert E. (Sherri) Collins and Robin L. Collins. He was a welder at General Motors.

Robert is survived by his son; Robert E. (Sherri) Collins, brothers; Jerry and Kenny Collins, grandchildren; Robert E. Collins Jr. and, Chelsie L. Collins. He is preceded in death by both of his parents; Newell and Argolda Collins, his wife; Jessie Mary Lou Collins, his brother; Newell Collins, and his daughter; Robin L. Collins.
