Robert "Bob" T. Carson

Robert (Bob) Taft Carson age 81of Fairfield, Ohio; passed away peacefully at home on July 7th , 2024 ,with his beloved wife Louetta by his side. He was born on August the 29th , 1942 in Cincinnati Ohio, the son of Howard Taft Carson & Helen Carson. On Oct 14th 1975 he married Louetta Laswell. Bob is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Louetta Carson and 1 cousin David Carson from Amelia Ohio, Bob was preceded in death by his parents, Howard & Helen Carson & 5 siblings..Jimmy Carson, Pam Carson, John Carson, Carol Carson & Larry Carson. At the age of 6, Bob & his brother Jimmy were taken to an orphanage to live & were raised there. Later Bob got a job at Drake hospital where he met a lady who invited him to church. Bob’s life completely changed as he accepted Christ into his life & became a lifelong member of the church. He found the family he had so desperately longed for. Bob retired from Dee Sign company. His wife Louetta & he worked faithfully in the church for over 50 years where he was a head usher & a Sunday school teacher for many years, positions he cherished & took very seriously. Bob dearly loved his wife Louetta, his church, & his saviour Jesus Christ. He was a very kind, gentle soul, who was so thankful for the many blessings in his life. Visitation for Bob Carson will be Tuesday July the 16th at Gospel Assembly Church on 12055 Pippen Rd 45231 from 10 AM-11AM with the funeral service the same day at 11AM.
